Introduction

This course will give the student thorough understanding about various security concepts, web application concepts and frameworks used by developers in order to be able to exploit and protect targeted application.

The pre-requisite to this course does not require the student to have any knowledge of penetration testing tool. A basic understanding of programming logic, development techniques and will bring a heightened sense of awareness about the things you need to look out for when developing web applications. The objective of this is course is to give the student the skill and knowledge needed to understand and identify possible exploits in live web applications, and to exploit identified vulnerabilities. With the knowledge gained, the student will be able to protect their organization's web application against similar attacks
