Payments

Our website uses Razorpay as the payment gateway for secure online transactions. By making a payment, you agree to the following terms:
 

• Any information provided on our website during the payment process for products or services will be securely transmitted directly to our payment provider.

• You agree to provide accurate payment details and ensure sufficient funds or credit for processing the transaction.

• Online payments are accepted through MasterCard/Visa credit/Debit cards/UPI/Net banking in INR Currencies only.

• Cardholders are encouraged to keep copies of their transaction receipts and to adhere to the merchant's policies and rules

• Transaction Fees: Any additional transaction fees or charges imposed by Razorpay or your financial institution are your responsibility.

• Payment Confirmation: Once a payment is completed, you will receive an electronic confirmation via email. If you do not receive confirmation, pl contact us.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We adhere to the following refund and cancellation policy:

• Refunds:
   

  • If a client is enrolled in a training that has been withdrawn by AKS Institute of Cyber Technology, he/she will be entitled to 100% refund or will be entitled to take equal value of services in exchange.

  • Any refund requests must be submitted to info@aksinstitute.com within 2 days of the transaction.

  • All refunds are subject to our evaluation and processing time not later than 7 working days, and will be issued via the original payment method through Razorpay.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your registration or course enrollment within 3 working days of booking or 15 working days before commencement of the course whichever is earlier. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

• Non-Refundable Charges: Payment gateway fees charged by Razorpay or any third-party bank fees are non-refundable.
